Ok, ok, so this mob needs a LOT of explanation to it beyond the other two 7th gen starter mob ideas.

For starters, the design is deceptively simple on a screenshot. A significant amount of effort went into designing the model because it is the first time I've planned a model to switch between a "quadruped" and "bipedal" version. That requires careful consideration because if I am not careful, animating becomes problematic if I have to use Z-axis rotation. Yup, after all these years Z-axis rotation is still a problem. It is best to avoid it whenever and I give that advice to any other mod modelers/animators out there.

Also, I normally prohibit myself from adding mobs with Minecraft themes like "Ender ______" or "Creeper _______" but this time I made an exception. In the trailer video and game art, the Pokemon Popplio looks like a tricky, wildly moving Pokemon and I feel it could wear the "Ender" name well in combat.

Off the three 7th generation mobs, Ender Popplio is the least likely to make the next update. For sure Clay Litten will but Rage Bomber Rowlet probably will not either due to time constraints and the significant investment in AI design I think they will need.
